Packaging Statement
Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your concerns regarding our product packaging. The packaging we use at Fiddes Payne is chosen to ensure the best quality products for our customers and, while we understand the material is not ideal in the current climate, there is currently no way of manufacturing recyclable packaging.
Fiddes Payne are working hard to find a long-term sustainable solution to understand how we can rectify this. Our main barrier to becoming fully-recyclable Is the limited technology that is not currently available to keep our products preserved and protected while meeting the demands for sustainability. We are hopeful there will be a resolution to this issue so that we can continuously improve, and in the meantime, we will be utilizing different avenues to try and offset our carbon footprint as best we can.
Our innovation team are always thinking up new ways to encourage sustainable living through all our products, such as reusing our Cake Angels Sprinkles packaging for everyday uses. We are also open to our customers’ ideas for how our products can be up-cycled and enjoyed again and again, so please do get in touch below.
