Please note that we are currently only able to deliver online orders placed from and delivered to England, Wales and Scotland.
1. UK DELIVERIES
1.1 Our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it on the same or next working day [Monday to Friday]. Any orders placed after Midday on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday by our Warehouse team.
1.2 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Remember to check your spam/junk folder
1.3 You will receive your order within 1 day (for next day delivery) from the date it was dispatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system so if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days, please email us at:

1.4 If your order value exceeds £40, you order has free next day delivery which will be automatically adjusted at checkout for UK deliveries.
1.5 Orders dispatched with DHL Parcel are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email with your confirmation of dispatch. You can track your order at: https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/ or call DHL on 02476937777.
1.6 We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

1.8 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
1.9 Extremely large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
2 RETURNS
2.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. We’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
2.2 You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
2.3 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
