Some of your prodcts contain palm oil, is this sustainable?
Yes, we are RSPO-certified and so any palm oil we use is sourced responsibly and is sustainable. RSPO Certificate number: BMT-RSPO-000942 Membership Number – 9-0863-144-000-00.
What does 'no artificial colourings or flavourings' really mean?
No artificial colours or flavourings means that the products contain no colourings or flavourings that are artificially synthesised, these products only contain colourings and flavourings that have been sourced from natural ingredients.

Are your cupcake kits suitable for vegetarians?
Most of our cupcake kits are suitable for vegetarians. However, some use the natural colour “carmine” which is not suitable for vegetarians. Cupcake Kits that contain carmine: Shopkins Cupcake Kit, Shopkins Shortbread Biscuit Kit, Crayola Gingerbread Kit, Crayola Cupcake Kit.
Do your cupcake kits contain any alcohol in the ingredients?
No, our cupcake kits do not contain any alcoholic ingredients.
Do your Cake Angels Marshmallows contain
No, our marshmallows are gluten free.
do you still make your fiddes payne spice tins?
We produce them a couple of times per year. You can see if they are available on the Fiddes Payne products page. If they are not there it means we don't have them currently in stock.
Does the Jamie Oliver Mediterranean Sea Salt contain iodine?
No, this product does not have any added iodine. Please note that salt naturally contains iodine however, we do not add any extra.
can i freeze your ready to eat products?
No, the Jamie Oliver and Full of Goodness products were not designed to be frozen.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Some of our products are suitable for vegetarians and some for vegans. Please refer to each individual product page for further information on this.
Delivery and Returns
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We currently offer a next working day service if you order before 11:59am. This means the following:
If you order before 11:59am Monday-Thursday you will receive your order the next day e.g. if you order with us Wednesday at 10:55am you will receive your order Thursday.
If you order after 12pm Monday-Wednesday you will receive your order within 2 days. E.g. if you order Tuesday at 1:30pm you will receive your order by Thursday latest.
If you order between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Friday, you will receive your order Monday. E.g. if you order Friday at 2:30pm then you will receive your order Monday.
If you order any time between 12pm Friday and Monday 11:59am you will receive your order Tuesday.
Please be aware that this will be different for bank holidays.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs £4.50 for any orders under £40. You will receive free delivery on orders over £40, this will be automatically applied at the checkout.
what should i do if i am not satisfied with my order?

Do you deliver outside of the uk?
