Squeeze the pouch to separate the grains, then tear the top corner open by about 2cm. Heat on full power for 1 minute in the microwave (750W/CAT D). Beware of hot steam when opening. Serve and enjoy. To heat on the hob, pour the contents of the pouch in a pan and on a medium heat stir gently until warmed through.
