We've used cocoa powder in this recipe, which adds a lovely depth of flavour and beautiful smokiness to the beans and sweet potato. There's also a cheeky hit of chipotle sauce in there to give it extra warmth. Delicious!
Hints & tips
Serve with roasted sweet potato wedges, soured cream, fresh coriander leaves, lime zest and ground toasted cumin. To create the ultimate comfort dish, warm gently, spoon onto nachos and finish with guacamole, jalapenos and coriander.
