For a more intense flavour rub into the surface of the meat and leave for 45 minutes before cooking. Alternatively, mix a tablespoon or two of the seasoning with enough olive oil to form a paste and brush onto meat. For a tasty twist, lightly sprinkle over baked potato wedges or barbecued corn on the cob.
