Ingredients: 4 beef sirloin steaks or pork loin steaks; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1-2 tbsp American Steakhouse Seasoning
Method: Brush the lean steaks on both sides with a little oil then lightly dust with half of the Steakhouse Seasoning. Cook under a hot grill or over the coals for 5-8 minutes each side (depending upon thickness of steaks), brushing with extra oil and sprinkling on some more reasoning as you go. Grill until cooked to your liking.
