Mediterranean Quinoa TFG
If you are looking for a food with a good source of fibre, this is a great choice. Quinoa has been mixed with tomatoes, black olives and wheat berries, which contain the entire wheat kernel making it a good source of fibre - together they deliver a nutritious side dish or perfect addition to a light salad.
Serve with feta cheese stirred through or use as a stuffing for tomatoes or peppers as a tasty starter or snack.
Simple to cook
Squeeze the pouch to separate the grains, then tear a top corner open by 2cm. Heat on full for 1 min in a 750W / Cat D microwave.
Open carefully, as steam may appear when serving.
Can also be heated in a pan - empty the contents out and stir the pan on the heat until warmed through.
