​Juggling a busy lifestyle, keeping fit and striving to eat nutritious meals can be somewhat challenging – not any more. Launching this month, a brand new partnership between Fiddes Payne and the UK’s best-selling men’s magazine, Men’s Health, sees an exciting new collection of healthy ready to eat grains available in Tesco.

Making healthy eating a lot more accessible, and extra tasty, this hotly anticipated collaboration will provide naturally functional foods to fit in line with busy, modern lifestyles. The 'Kitchen Range' will save time and effort in food preparation and will be a fantastic, stress-free addition to mealtimes.
 
The fresh collection comprises of all natural ingredients and each individual product has been carefully designed to provide a good source of protein and fibre, as well as being nutritionally rich. In addition, the portion sizes have been specially calculated to control calorie consumption.
 
Available in selected Tesco stores now, the range offers an easy shortcut to a healthier lifestyle for everybody from the young professional, to the busy mum, looking to spend less time in the kitchen and more time looking after themselves.
 
Kitchen Range
The FIRST product to be released from this range will be the Balanced Grains, featuring a collection of different flavours including; Indian Spiced Lentils and Pea, Olive & Quinoa Salad. Additionally, there will be a Middle Eastern Freekah variety, which will be announced at a later date. Each pouch is 180g, perfect for one serving, and made with natural ingredients - plus no added sugar (RSP £1.69).

The Kitchen Range will provide the opportunity for the individual to lead a healthy lifestyle, more easily and conveniently, and is just the first set of products to be released with other ranges to follow later this year."  
 
The first product to hit shelves in March will be the Men's Health Kitchen Range Balanced Grains in varieties; Pea, Olive & Quinoa Salad and Indian Spiced Lentils - available at Tesco first with plans to roll out with other retailers later in the year.
