Home baking company Fiddes Payne has reformulated its Disney range of kids home baking kits to be a more nutritionally balanced, everyday solution for parents in the UK and internationally. New products in the range, which have been inspired by Disney characters include the Disney Frozen Olaf Granola Activity Kit, Disney•Pixar’s Cars Champion Cupcake Activity Kit and Disney Moana Adventurous Cupcake Activity Kit. The range aims to encourage kids and families to enjoy baking together at home.
Fiddes Payne and Disney partnered with quality decoration specialist brand, Cake Angels, to provide parents and children with on-pack hints, tools and guides to promote fun and creativity in the kitchen including character drawing and story-writing inspired by Disney properties.
The Disney character cupcakes, muffins and granola kits were reformulated specifically to comply with Disney’s nutritional guidelines to be more nutritionally balanced for children and providing families with a nutritionally better option than comparable product lines in the marketplace. When the flours, protein and fibre levels were reassessed, the range showed an overall reduction in sugar levels of 60% when compared to previous kits and competitor products.
