This herb mix packs a punch and is not for the feint hearted. Warning! This chilli crust will bring extreme heat to your pork, chicken or fish.

Try liberally coating the meat and cooking in the oven. A simple way to spice up your pork is to bash out the meat, press the crust into both sides and fry in a bit of olive oil.
