FIERY JERK CHICKEN RECIPE
Drizzle a chicken quarter with olive oil and scatter over a good handful of Jamie Oliver Fiery Jerk seasoning. Gently rub all of the flavour into the chicken and oven roast until cooked through. Serve with fluffy rice, a crisp green salad, a big dollop of natural yoghurt, and lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
