BLACKENED HERB FISH RECIPE

Drizzle a fillet of firm white fish with olive oil and scatter over a good handful of Jamie Oliver Blackened Herb seasoning. Gently rub all of the flavour into the fish and pan fry until cooked through. Serve with baked potato wedges, a crisp green salad, a dollop of sour cream and a wedge of lemon for squeezing over.
