CRUST RECIPE
Jamie Oliver Piri Piri Herb Crust with pan fried pork escalope, served with mixed greens
- Bash out a pork loin into a thin escalope and press a handful of Jamie Oliver piri piri herb crust firmly onto the meat. Pan fry in a little olive oil until golden and cooked through. Serve with fresh steamed mixed greens.
- Or, coat some white fish strips in piri piri herb crust and oven roast for fish fingers with a bit of heat!
