Jamie Oliver Moroccan Herb Crust with oven roasted lamb cutlets, served with herby cous cous
- Firmly press a handful of Jamie Oliver moroccan herb crust onto your lamb cutlets before oven roasting them. When you're happy that your lamb is done, remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes. Serve with a delicious herby cous cous. For a lovely, sweet touch, coat your meat with honey before crusting.
