Mushroom Arancini Bake
You will need – • Tasty Bowl Velvety Mushroom Risotto • 30g Grated Mozzarella • 15g Panko Breadcrumbs 1. Open the Tasty Bowl Velvety Mushroom Risotto and empty the pouch into an oven safe dish. 2. Add 4 tbsp of water to the dish and mix through the risotto. 3. In a small mixing bowl add both the grated cheese and breadcrumbs with a tsp of olive oil. Mix the ingredients together. 4. Top the risotto with the mozzarella and breadcrumb mix. 5. Place at the top of a preheated oven at 200c (180c fan) for 10 minutes until the risotto is warmed through and the breadcrumbs are golden. |
