Spicy Tomato Arrabiata Soup
You will need – • Tasty Bowl Arrabbiata Fusilli • 1 Small Carrot • 1 Small White Onion • 1 Stick of Celery • 5g Minced Garlic • Tsp chilli flakes • 1 Vegetable stock cube • 10g Grated Parmesan 1. Start by preparing your vegetables by peeling and cutting into 1cm cube dice. Next add a tablespoon of oil to a large saucepan over a medium heat. 2. Add the diced vegetables to the saucepan and cook whilst intermittently stirring for around 4 minutes until they begin to gain some colour. Now add the minced garlic and chilli flakes for 30 seconds whilst stirring. 3. Add in 400mls of water to the pan and stir. Next crumble in the vegetable stock cube and stir to dissolve. 4. Simmer the soup base for 15 minutes on a low to medium heat. 5. Once simmered turn off the heat and add in the Tasty Bowl Arrabbiata Fusilli from the pouch and stir. 6. Evenly portion the soup between two deep bowls and sprinkle with parmesan before serving. |
