Fiddes Payne was established in 1993,
with a basic range of herbs and spices
supplying the health food, independent and delicatessen trade.
With the growing strength of supermarkets, the company strategy refocused
its creative marketing into this area, and the first supermarket sales
were achieved in September 1998 in Waitrose with an elite range of spice
mills bearing the Mosimann label - a renowned Swiss Chef.
In 1999 we entered the home baking
market with the launch of
cake decorations. Since then, the company's growth continues to be
rapid with the introduction of our own new and
licensed products. We now supply all supermarket chains in the UK,
and an increasing number in export markets.
